CAREER HIGHLIGHTS AND ACHIEVEMENTS

Partnered with key accounts, in securing their capital budgets of products and services; identified and executed sales revenue to existing Fortune 500 and1000 customers by up-selling and cross-selling a portfolio of products and services ahead of the annual selling cycle. Successfully generated $11M+ in annualized sales.

Maintained a long term relationship with key accounts by providing long term support and maintenance of  products for both hardware and software, remotely and on-site.  This resulted in a stronger relationship with our existing key customers and $8M in revenue and additional revenue from continued up-selling and cross-selling of our products and services.

Spearheaded educational presentations and live demonstrations of our Anti-Virus Isolation Server and Security Software to our key partners and key accounts  and provided a pilot hardware and software anti-virus gateway servers that would isolate and prevent hard to detect viruses from penetrating their data off PC's. This also helped our partners sell our solution to their existing clientsThis initiative resulted in no viruses or the quarantine of viruses and produced revenues of $1.5M in security software licenses.

Provided a demo presentation to the Texas Department of Child Support showing a bilingual automated call system where spouses could call an 800# and get information regarding their status of child support payments, balances and provide general questions related to their child support funds. The results of the demo presentation generated the second largest win for the company which consisted of securing $2.8M dollars in revenue.

Implemented our award winning on-premise call center turnkey system  to Fortune 500 an 1000 call centers using PowerPoint presentations, live demo's of our call center automated call solution and white boarding how our solution fits in with the company's call center. Successfully reduced customer complaints of long on-hold wait times and increased customer satisfaction and up-selling of additional products in services to those customers. The net result was exceeding our $8M annual sales quota by 110%.
