David C. O’Kell is a graduate of Amherst College, Massachusetts and was a senior marketing and advertising executive for over 16 years. As the Client Services Director and Group Account Manager with three Fortune 500 multinational advertising agencies, he has experience in strategic planning and implementing client solutions in a wide variety of industries.

Subsequently, he was a director and Executive Vice President of a development stage TSE listed company involved in the electronics distribution, Land Mobile Radio wireless, and contract manufacturing markets. Mr. O’Kell was responsible for corporate strategic planning, shareholder communications, and the company’s investment activities including mergers, acquisitions, and business restructuring. Merger and acquisition activity included acquisitions, divestitures, reverse mergers, licensing agreements, and equity financing. The transactions encompassed both private and public companies in Canada, the United States, Europe, and Australia.

Mr. O’Kell is also the former President and was a director of Ventel Inc., a VSE listed venture capital company and the former President and was a director of Wireless Ventures Inc., a NASDAQ OTCBB development stage company.

Since 2002, David has focussed on helping businesses find telecommunications cost and performance solutions as an independent telecommunications consultant.  His client service focus has resulted in many follow on engagements for Telecom Expense Management and project management.

In 2004, Mr. O’Kell worked with the other founders to form Abita, Inc., where he serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Martha Seagram provides consulting support In the Lexington and Central Kentucky region to Local Government & non-profit association projects with VoIP guidance and RFP consulting. Martha has developed extensive cost reduction paths in wireless & wireline configurations, telematic applications & detention center solutions for commissary & inmate communication.
