Profile - Doug Smith Doug brings many years of business operation experiences to his clients and advisory boards. For the majority of his career, he has been involved with telecommunication technology and has built a wealth of information and experiences related to telecom technology for enterprise, outsourcers and hosted offerings. His experiences have taken him all over the world, working with senior management and technology executives to create up-to-date and innovative technology infrastructure and business alliances. Over the past several years, he has successfully worked with many new clients in the Northeast U.S. to help them re-define and re-architect their communication infrastructure to be more efficient and much more cost effective. Through the affiliation with ABILITA, Inc, he has been able to leverage his many years of experiences/knowledge with the ABILITA: TEM tools, knowledge bases and 40+ other consulting offices to assure his clients are getting the best most cost effective solution for their needs. In May 2006, Doug was awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award by TMC for my contributions to the growth of the telemarketing industry and contact center technology. On a professional level, Doug is involved with several advisory boards; a member of his undergraduate college’s advisory board; and a member of three national associations related to the contact center market and applications.
