Cowan Dalton Inc engaged ABILITA to conduct a voice & data audit and optimization study for their 10 Canadian locations. We managed the RFP process for a new voice and data networking infrastructure. We evaluated proposals for a new PBX system and a Wide Area Data network solution, and provided expert recommendations on the different options, allowing them to make an informed decision.

ABILITA reviewed all local lines, long distance service and data line costs and configurations. Our recommendations reduced operating expenditure by $110K per year. In addition, our recommendations on the new PBX system reduced the capital expenditure by $150K.
