Henry Otten is our partner in charge of business development initiatives, the project management and business impact segments of our engagements and he provides leadership to our administration team.  He is a professional accountant with significant strategic planning, project management, business development, financial management, cost control, budgeting and financial analysis experience. Henry has monitored a multi-location printing and packaging company on behalf of a major creditor and then joined the company to apply his turnaround expertise. While with the company he facilitated the development and implementation of a strategic plan that included a short term, systematic reduction in costs, longer term cost control measures and business development strategies that saw sales growth in excess of 100% over 6 years. Early in his career, Henry was part of a team at PricewaterhouseCoopers that provided auditing and consulting services to entrepreneurial, high growth businesses. Henry is a Chartered Accountant and has a Masters Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Chartered Accountancy Studies.

Khuzaima Hussain is our partner in charge of technology and telephony projects, the people and process segments of our engagements and provides considerable experience project managing VoIP and call centre implementations for medium to large organizations. Khuzaima has over 12 years of experience implementing large Information Technology and Telecom projects for Global fortune 200 companies in North America, the United Kingdom and Japan. He was part of a strategic team for one of the world’s largest telecom companies (NTT) in Japan that was chartered to provide Information Technology and Telecom outsourcing services to fortune companies. Early on in his career, Khuzaima was part of the supply chain consulting practice at one of the 'Big 5' consulting companies (Ernst & Young) in the United States. Khuzaima has a double major in Computer Science and Business Administration with a minor in Psychology.

Taki Remtulla is our partner in charge of technology and heads up our technology infrastructure team that focuses on the design, build and optimization of Wide Area Networks (WANs) and Local Area Networks (LANs), data center builds and disaster recovery solutions.  Taki brings over 30 years of experience in voice and data networking. He has built large networks for carriers and global enterprises. His Analysis and Network optimizations have resulted in millions in savings for the clients. He quickly gets to the core issues whether technical, financial or contractual. Taki keeps himself up to date with technology developments, carrier services and pricing.  One of Taki’s signature projects was project managing the design and implementation of a cost effective global network to support voice, data and video applications using high speed links over satellite and submarine cable. He has successfully negotiated large contracts with major carriers in North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. As a Chief Technology Officer of a high tech start up, he closely worked with Nortel Networks in the design and funding for an all fiber based community network. Taki Remtulla is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Electrical Engineers, UK. He also holds a Certified Diploma in Accounting and Finance, Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.
