Dick Louch is an Abilita Managing Consultant with 30 years of management experience in the telecommunications industry.  His experience includes business requirements analysis and project management of multiple initiatives driving the implementation of enterprise information technology and telecom enhancements.  Current in the telecommunications industry in North America, Dick has skills and extensive experience in project management, RFP preparation and vendor negotiations.  His telecommunications technology knowledge includes traditional telephony, VoIP and IP Video systems applied to ensure clients receive the optimal service and products to meet their telecommunication needs.

Dick has an Honours Bachelor of Math degree from the University of Waterloo.
