As an Abilita consultant, Ian McCurrach brings a wealth of experience from his previous role of international executive, leading all IT services and functions, covering Data Centers, Systems Management, Information Security and all aspects of Network and Telecommunications Management.

A native Scotsman, Ian was educated at St Andrews before moving to London to work for Reuters, the international press agency. He spent many years in European IT and Executive positions based in Paris and Geneva before moving to New York. In the US since 1992, Ian was CIO with several major information industry companies covering the fields of news, financial services, legal, education, publishing, and market research.
