David C. O'Kell is a graduate of Amherst College, Massachusetts and was a senior marketing and advertising executive for over 16 years. He has held senior management positions with Leo Burnett, J. Walter Thompson, and D.D.B. Needham Worldwide. From 1991 to 2001, Mr. O'Kell was a director and Executive Vice President of Simmonds Capital Limited, a TSE listed company. With Simmonds, Mr. O'Kell was responsible for corporate strategic planning, shareholder communications, and investment activities including mergers, acquisitions, and business restructuring. Merger and acquisition activity included acquisitions, divestitures, reverse mergers, licensing agreements, and equity financing. The transactions encompassed both private and public companies in Canada, the United States, Europe, and Australia. Mr. O'Kell is also the former President and was a director of Ventel Inc., a VSE listed venture capital company and the former President and was a director of Wireless Ventures Inc., a NASDAQ OTCBB development stage company. In 2004, Mr. O'Kell worked with the other founders to form Abilita, Inc., where he serves as chairman of the board of directors.
Craig A. Sweet has been a senior telecom executive with over twenty years of experience in technical leadership, management and consulting within communications, computer, IT consulting, retail, chemical, and defense industries. He has been involved in leading successful startups, and providing leadership in established and Fortune 500 environments. He is known for strong skills in aligning technology with business goals and infrastructure development. While Vice President, Planning for Allied Riser Communications he managed all aspects of implementation of network into class A high rise buildings to provide internet services. In 2000, he was key player in securing initial $5 million in funding demonstrating data architecture use for a new startup organization using laser technologies. In 2004, Mr. Sweet worked with the other founders to form Abilita, Inc., where he serves as Chief Executive Officer.
