Nermine Shaker has a Masters of Science degree in Telecommunications Management from Golden Gate University in addition to her degrees in Economics, Business, and Data Communications. With twenty-five years of experience in planning, implementing, managing and consulting on telecommunications projects, she has generated millions of dollars worth of savings.

Nermine's success in systems implementation covers a wide range of communications technologies spanning web conferencing, voice and video communications software and hardware, installation and testing of complex integrated voice/data systems, building and maintaining network databases, call center design, implementation and operations, and wireless communications systems.

She has worked on projects with dozens of telephone companies, bypass carriers and other interexchange carriers, as well as the tier one communications companies. Her experience and industry contacts provide clients with the highest level of project work and cost savings.


Benjamin Porter got his start in technology in 1987 as an installer and trainer with ServiceWorld, Inc. in Massachusetts. Heading up the company's effort to expand into computer networking and maintenance, he rose to Director of Sales. He then made an abrupt change, heading west to take his chances in the entertainment industry.

By the early 1990's he was Head of Development at Joseph Ruben Productions and participated in a number of film projects including the feature films "True Believer", "Sleeping With The Enemy", and "The Good Son". He also sold and optioned a number of his own screenplays. As entertainment and technology began to converge, Ben joined EGAD!, an online animation startup, where he was Vice President of Business Development. After the company was sold, he struck out on his own and founded, developed, and then sold two Internet based businesses.

Since 2000, Ben has worked with companies of all sizes to get the most out of communications and technology. A firm believer in practical solutions, he stays focused on the immediate benefits of cost savings and increased efficiency.
